Steps lead up to a half landing where you will find a fitted oak kitchen to the rear, the family bathroom and an additional compact shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms all with fantastic views. There is access off the kitchen to a fully enclosed lawned and sheltered cottage style garden, backing onto the National Trust headland and a garden seat is perfectly positioned to enjoy the views. A further small front lawn is found just across the shared driveway.
