A truly unique position within walking distance of the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho!, with its leisure facilities, pubs, restaurants and access to the National Trust coastal paths which can take you down into Cornwall. There is much to see and do in the area with numerous attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, and much more. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden, the 2 decking areas or the large conservatory dining room which enjoys fabulous views. The spacious accommodation has lovely views from many of the rooms and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with shower room and WC with its own lounge area. 1 further double and 1 twin. Bathroom with mixer shower over and WC. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Feature conservatory/dining room. Large lounge with TV, DVD, Freeview and wood burner with patio doors to decking area with seating (children be careful as decking drops away down to garden). Parking for 3 cars. A 5 minute drive will bring you to the village of Westward Ho!, with its surf-washed sandy beach, Royal North Devon Golf Club, riding stables and restaurants. The charming fishing village of Appledore is also just a few minutes drive, with its narrow, cobbled streets, seafood restaurants and bustling quayside. Wherever guests explore, this cottage will make a comfortable base for happy holidays in this unspoilt and peaceful location. The accommodation is approached via external steps and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double on the first floor with en-suite bath, separate shower and WC.1 double and 1 further small double on the ground floor. Additional pull-out bed for a child if required. Bathroom: on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor (the stair banisters are open and stair gates are provided at the top and bottom for safety with children) where there is a Lounge: large, offering TV, DVD, hi-fi and wood burner electric effect fire. French doors lead to a balcony with sea views, the perfect spot to sit and relax. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and TV. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and a door which is accessed via several steps to a narrow paved area ideal for storing wetsuits and surfboards. Outside: regret no garden.
