In the evenings the locally renown Hunters Inn is just over 1 mile away and is famed for its excellent food. Woody Bay and Lee Bay are popular sheltered coves with rock pools which are less than 4 miles away and slightly further afield are lovely sandy beaches like Woolacombe. Other attractions in the area include Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, The Valley of the Rocks, Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoo and more. Ideally situated for touring Exmoor and the surrounding area. A stretch of the old Lynton to Barnstaple narrow-gauge railway crosses the farm.
