Accommodation overview: Fulmar and Guillemot are two stunning new homes in a select development within a few yards of the South West Coast Path, Hallsands beach and the beautiful Start Bay coastline. Each cottage has stunning panoramic views out to sea from the lounge and ground floor bedrooms with lovely country views to the rear. Hallsands is a small village on the Start Bay coastline with an intriguing history and unspoilt cove - it offers the perfect base for walking, shore fishing and exploring the narrow country lanes and coastal paths. The popular 'Cricket Inn' at Beesands is a 20 minute walk away whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of Salcombe and East Portlemouth are within a short drive. There is parking for one car directly outside each cottage plus additional spaces for up to two further cars (or one car and boat) in allocated visitor bays nearby.

Accommodation overview: Mor forms one of three terraced cottages which have been decorated and furnished to a good standard. This end of terrace property provides cosy accommodation which is perfect for small family gatherings or couples.
Mor is arranged on one floor and is accessed via an incline from the parking area. A private gate opens into an enclosed paved patio and garden with lawn with a pathway that leads to the property.
Through the large French windows, the entrance is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner. On the lounge side, the property offers comfortable seating with electric living flame fire and flat screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the other side.
Off the main lounge area, an inner hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An additional doorway leads to a separate bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
Back in the main living room, the French windows provide access onto a paved patio with picnic table. Mor provides parking for one car with additional parking on site.
