Accommodation overview: Situated in the upper part of Devon Road, some 10/15 minutes walk from the town centre and North Sands beach, Sunnyledge and Burberry are two adjoining halves of one large traditional town house - each has been extensively and tastefully upgraded to a modern standard over recent seasons. The layout of each house effectively mirrors the other with all accommodation on two levels (via separate stone steps up to 1st floor entrances) with each property enjoying lovely views cross the estuary through an area of protected woodland.
