Accommodation overview: Perfect for larger family groups this lovely Victorian Cottage is tucked away in a quiet lane just off the centre of the village. Tucked away in a quiet lane just off the centre of Combe Martin village, The Elms is a four bedroomed Victorian cottage, making a perfect holiday base for larger family groups. You can get away from it all relax and unwind with village views spanning across to countryside. The living room is kept cosy with its multi-fuel stove and has French doors opening into the conservatory with views across the village. The separate dining room is open plan to the modern fitted kitchen with a tiled floor and beech work surfaces. A door off the utility room leads to the enclosed yard providing useful storage for surfboards, wetsuits and beach equipment. The three bedrooms on the first floor are served by a separate bathroom with a roll top bath. On the half landing is an additional separate shower room, and bedroom four on the second floor may be more ideal for children or teenagers, with a sloping ceiling, sofa area, TV and DVD. The pretty cottage garden includes lawned areas and large patio terrace off the conservatory; small children will require supervision on the raised terrace. Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living room with TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo and multi-fuel stove. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. This charming semi-detached former farm workers cottage is in the heart of Combe Martin with pubs, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The cottage fronts onto the famous two mile long High Street, and also has a rear entrance from the lane running to the side of the property across a small, enclosed, cobbled courtyard. There is a modern galley style kitchen and utility room, and an archway joins the living and dining rooms which are comfortably furnished in a traditional style. Both bedrooms on the first floor are in pine together with a spacious, modern bathroom. In an ideal location, within a short drive of all of North Devon's attractions, Prospect Cottage is perfect for walkers who can enjoy this fantastic coastline and the ever changing Exmoor scenery. The beautiful rocky seaside cove of Combe Martin is just a few minutes' walk from this luxurious and contemporary semi detached home, situated in an elevated position at the edge of the village in a quiet cul-de-sac. Within minutes of your arrival you will want to stay forever! The accommodation is on three levels, the entrance is on the ground floor with the garage providing ample storage for bicycles and surfboards, and a ground floor cloakroom. The modern living room enjoys sea views and a Juliette balcony, whilst the kitchen/dining room with beech work surfaces, stainless steel fittings and laminate floors has patio doors to the rear enclosed gravel courtyard. Wi-Fi broadband is provided if you wish to bring along your lap top. On the second floor are four attractively furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom has an outstanding sea view and is ensuite. Serving the remaining three bedrooms is a separate family bathroom with white suite and whirlpool bath. Combe Martin, on the edge of Exmoor National Park is renowned for having the longest high street in the country, with a good selection of shops and pubs.
