Patio doors lead out on to the fully enclosed garden with patio and small lawn, ideal for pets. The modern kitchen is well equipped and there is a downstairs cloakroom off the hallway. There are three bedrooms upstairs, the double room which has a King together with the twin room has distant sea views. A bunk bedded room overlooks the garden and all are served by the modern family bathroom. This wonderful part of North Devon is a haven for surfers and also perfect for children with the soft sandy beach backed by gentle sand dunes.
