The holiday property lies in the picturesque Taw Valley of North Devon, an excellent base to explore the delights of this area of Devon. Towards Barnstaple are some of the best beaches in the country including Woolacombe and Saunton (nearest at Instow), whilst Barnstaple has most amenities. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Large living room with wood-burning stove, wide arch to kitchen. Large dining room/conservatory with slate floor. Separate toilet. First floor: Large double bedroom with 5ft bed.
