Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac in the pretty village of Georgeham, Salar Cottage is within a short stroll of two traditional pubs and friendly local stores. Just over a mile of country lanes takes you to the absolutely stunning beach and coastline of Putsborough, found at the westerly end of Woolacombe' golden sands and one of the area's best kept secrets! Croyde village is less than two miles away with a lovely mix of thatched cottages, pubs, restaurants and colourful surf shops where the beach path meanders down to beautiful Croyde Bay, so popular with families and surfers at any time of year. Several steps lead down through pretty front gardens to the front entrance and into a spacious hallway. The stylish living /dining room has comfy leather sofas and a welcoming wood burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings or cosy out of season breaks. The well equipped kitchen and utility room have everything you need and a convenient cloakroom is located off the hallway. Stairs rise up to three attractive bedrooms with under floor heating and a separate modern bathroom with white suite completes the accommodation. The fully enclosed rear garden with lawn, mature trees and shrubs has as a fabulous decked patio area, just perfect for barbecues and leisurely al fresco meals. Accommodation overview: Spacious detached family home from home, just on the edge of Braunton with a great range of facilities. Located to the edge of the village in a favoured residential area, this fabulous detached home is ideal for a memorable family holiday. Braunton has a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants and is only a short drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Saunton and Croyde. The Tarka Trail runs through the village, perfect for cyclists or walkers to enjoy a variety of landscapes as it winds its way along the route taken by Tarka the Otter in Henry Williamson's famous book. Modern in design, the well thought out accommodation offers a spacious open plan living room and separate dining area with space for all the family to relax after busy days on the beach or at one of the many family attractions nearby. The modern breakfast kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads out onto a path with several steps up to the fully enclosed rear garden area. Mostly lawned, this is a great spot for informal al fresco dining or just sitting with a good book on a sunny afternoon. A convenient ground floor shower room is situated off the internal hallway and stairs rise up to the four attractive bedrooms, the master double room has its own ensuite shower room and there is a further family bathroom. Two double rooms, one twin room and a bunk room offer great flexibility for large families or two family groups holidaying together. Chapel Hill View is in an elevated area of Braunton and so a small section of the ten minute stroll back from the village centre is a little steep. **Property is currently undergoing re-decoration and more photographs will be coming soon**

Nestling in the tiny hamlet of West Saunton, just a few minutes from the fabulous three mile expanse of golden sandy beach backed by spectacular dunes this highly individual barn, set beside a working farm, has been sympathetically converted to provide an excellent holiday home. With a wonderful mix of original character features and contemporary style, the spacious accommodation features some amazing oak beams and lovely stripped pine floors. The entrance hall leads through to a large living / dining room with comfy sofas and table and chairs to seat eight. The attractive country style well equipped kitchen also provides a table and chairs, perfect for leisurely breakfast or less formal dining. A ground floor shower room is also found off the hall.
