Based in the popular area of South Hams, you will find there is much to do and see. The towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth boast fantastic seafood restaurants and shopping. There are also a wealth of trips and activities just a stone’s throw away, including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. This impressive property offers SIX bedrooms: 1 master double with super-king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, and 2 single bedrooms with a shared window and interconnecting wall, all situated on the first floor. 1 further bunk bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor via the children's playroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: downstairs with flat screen TV, DVD, wood effect electric fire and sea views. Small sunroom with double doors leading on to patio and BBQ area. Dining room: with seating for ten people and cushioned window seat overlooking the garden. Kitchen: off the dining room, modern and well-equipped with electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Traditionally furnished and equipped, Home Cottage offers an idyllic holiday retreat. The village itself offers a pub serving good food, shop, and beach within walking distance. Venture further afield and explore the whole of South Devon with attractions to suit all tastes which include Salcombe, Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican and theatre, Torbay with its Babbacombe Model Village, The Deep and Kent’s Caverns, Trago Mills and rustic Dartmoor with its breathtaking scenery and wildlife. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the enclosed garden, use the games barn or swim in the heated outdoor pool (available end May - end Sept only) The accommodation which used to be five smaller cottages offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 double which is approached via a triple with en-suite bathroom and WC, 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC, 1 twin with shower cubicle and 1 double. There is also a useful downstairs small bunk bedroom which is ideal for children. Bathroom: bath with shower attachment and WC. Downstairs separate WC.
