Located to the edge of the village in a favoured residential area, this fabulous detached home is ideal for a memorable family holiday. Braunton has a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants and is only a short drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Saunton and Croyde. The Tarka Trail runs through the village, perfect for cyclists or walkers to enjoy a variety of landscapes as it winds its way along the route taken by Tarka the Otter in Henry Williamson's famous book. Modern in design, the well thought out accommodation offers a spacious open plan living room and separate dining area with space for all the family to relax after busy days on the beach or at one of the many family attractions nearby. The modern breakfast kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads out onto a path with several steps up to the fully enclosed rear garden area. Mostly lawned, this is a great spot for informal al fresco dining or just sitting with a good book on a sunny afternoon. A convenient ground floor shower room is situated off the internal hallway and stairs rise up to the four attractive bedrooms, the master double room has its own ensuite shower room and there is a further family bathroom. Two double rooms, one twin room and a bunk room offer great flexibility for large families or two family groups holidaying together. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are about a mile away, and jet ski hire is also possible here with further amenities available in the nearby towns of Stalham and North Walsham.
