Accommodation overview: Set just 25 yards from the quay this spacious and very comfortable two storey cottage is ideally placed for the many attractions of Wells-next-the-Sea. Clustered round the bustling harbour from where a little narrow gauge railway carries passengers the 1 mile to and from the sandy beach (pictured) are shops ice cream parlours cafés and a famous whelk stall whilst pubs restaurants and a theatre are a short walk. Light railway trips to Walsingham. Holkham Hall bird reserves and seal watching boat trips are all nearby.
External steps lead up through an archway to entrance at first floor level. Very comfortable sitting room. Spacious kitchen/dining room.
