Perched on the cliff top edge of one of the prettiest villages in North Devon, Williams Cottage enjoys breath-taking sea views stretching from Baggy to Hartland Point with Lundy Island on the horizon. Perfect for couples looking for a tranquil retreat, this delightful character cottage is surprisingly spacious and stylishly presented throughout. The sitting room has a cosy wood burning stove and the alcoved window seat is a perfect spot to relax and gaze out at the amazing sea views. From the separate dining room, also with lovely sea views, a few steps lead down into the kitchen which has a stable door opening onto the garden. A fairly steep staircase, typical in properties of this era, takes you up to the separate bathroom and attractive master bedroom where you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of a nearby waterfall tumbling through a cleft down to the sea. Both rooms have stunning views. There is a stream just across the front lawn separated by a low wall. A short stroll leads down to the pebble beach, where at low tide soft sandy inlets appear between the rock pools. The famous village of Clovelly is well worth a visit, via the coastal path, and you can take a fishing trip from the small cove or simply explore the ancient cobbled streets. Westward Ho! and it’s fabulous stretch of golden sands, popular with surfers is just a ten minute drive away. Boat trips to Lundy Island in Summer offer a rare opportunity to see seals, dolphins, puffins and other diverse wildlife in their natural habitat. There is so much to see and do in this unspoilt part of North Devon, and Williams Cottage is a really special home to return to.

Adjacent to the owners own home we are delighted to offer four high quality stone built cottages, recently converted from the original farm buildings, using ECO friendly under floor heating and with excellent facilities. Overlooking the shared front lawned garden, each cottage has an individual patio with garden furniture. A special treat is the outdoor Jacuzzi Spa Pool which is available to all guests throughout the year. A discount of 10% is available should all of the cottages be booked together for a group of family or friends.

Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green and the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green and a sports and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf and pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carstone houses, an impressive medieval church and a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor. The nature reserves at Scolt Head, Titchwell and Holme Dunes are just a short distance away. The coastal footpaths in the area are great for walking and bird-watching. The Royal Sandringham Estate is approximately eight miles away, a wonderful day out with its cycling, walking and picnic opportunities.

Detached and all on one level, this compact, pretty cottage is situated in the grounds of the owner's home. It is only 300 yards from the sandy beach and the Coast Hopper bus stops just outside the cottage, which is very convenient for travelling to all the great coastal locations nearby. Feather Cottage is furnished to a simple style that assists an authentic feel but all the modern conveniences are in place. Peasenhall lies along a valley running east to west and Peasenhall's main street (the A1120) runs alongside the 'Causeway' - a brook, which is now a culvert with bridges across it. On either side are pretty cottages, some in traditional Suffolk pink, some thatched, others slated or roofed with pantiles. The nearest pub is only a 20 minute walk away to The White Horse in Sibton. Peasenhall has a village stores, a renowned delicatessen, a family butchers and cafe. It's an ideal location from which to explore Suffolk's country footpaths and country lanes as well as exploring the pretty villages and market towns along the Suffolk Heritage Coast which is a short fifteen minutes away. Weybourne is a village of flint cottages and winding roads, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a shingle beach, and there is a cliff-top walk, which leads you to the sandy beach at Sheringham just three miles away. The village is famous for being home to the Muckleburgh Military Collection, which is well worth a visit. There are many other opportunities for days out in the area for young and old alike. The village itself has a shop and pub, which serves food.

The Old Barn is a single-storey property set in a quiet lane, only a few minutes walk from the beach. It provides comfortable and spacious accommodation. The shingle patio area has views of Muckleburgh Hill and the rear windows overlook a mill pond although there is no access to it from the property. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles
