Accommodation overview: Cory Farm is a family-run working organic dairy farm situated on the wild and beautiful North Coast of Cornwall. North Cornwall has something to offer for all tastes ranging from breathtaking cliff top walks, sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches. The closest rock pool beach, and most secluded of all, is a 35 minutes walk from the farm. Down a winding tree-lined road and along a wooded lane through Marsland Valley, a designated area of Special Scientific Interest with its many rare species of flora and fauna and breathtaking views. Ideal for exploring rock pools and an evening BBQ you might find yourself being the only people there. Other more well-known attractions within a short drive include The Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, Launceston Steam Railway, The Milky Way and more. Bude is close by and includes shops, pubs, Splash pool, and canal. The village shop is a 20 minutes walk as is the popular 13th century Bush Inn. Local riding stables are also within 1 mile. Farm activities: guests are welcome to see the regular milking. Play facilities: children will love the indoor all-weather play barn which offers trampoline, play towers, scramble net, slides and large hard surfaced area complete with basketball hoops for racquet and ball games. Hungate Garden Cottage has been completely renovated and extended to provide very comfortable holiday accommodation for larger parties, with the added benefit of a ground floor twin bedroom and bathroom with shower specially designed for a disabled person or couple. The cottage benefits from all modern amenities, yet retains all the charm and character of its 18th-century origins, with open beams and a log fire. Hungate Garden Cottage is managed by the same team that looks after all the Hungate Cottages so immaculately .
