The master double room has an ensuite walk-in shower and French doors onto the fully enclosed terrace with decking and paved patio area overlooking the beach. On the first floor, furnished in a fabulous contemporary style the open plan living space includes comfy leather sofas, attractive oak flooring and a large flat screen television with surround sound. French doors open onto a small balcony with excellent ocean views and there is quick access via an external staircase to the terrace below. Hindringham is a pretty village, approximately six miles from the beautiful beaches of Wells and Holkham and five miles from the salt marshes of Stiffkey and nearby Blakeney. It is a relaxing place to return to after a busy day on the beach or from having visited one of the many attractions in the area. Holt is seven miles away and offers an excellent variety of specialist shops and dining places. There is an outstanding village shop in Binham located two miles away. In the surrounding villages there are many pubs, which serve good food.

If you are looking for a truly secluded retreat, then Peppercombe Holt is for you. Approached via a narrow track of just over one third of a mile - unsuitable for low suspension or extra wide vehicles - it adjoins the owners own holiday cottage, just used occasionally. The cosy living room with inglenook has a wood burning stove, lovely at any time of year. Keen walkers will find endless coastal and country footpaths leading almost from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Peppercombe Beach, shown in the photograph, with its unique red cliffs and mini waterfall, pebbles at high tide give way to a lovely sandy inlet with interesting rock pools and beach fishing at low tide. Some may enjoy a dip in the sea or perhaps just the chance to relax and enjoy the view, whilst children will love to play on the golden sands. There is a golf course and driving range in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally. Historic houses, steam trains, water sports and nature reserves are all within a short drive.

Dell Cottage is in a wonderful position for a seaside holiday, being only two minutes walk from the beach and the centre of the village.
