Accommodation overview: The Old Vicarage is a comfortable and spacious family cottage situated within easy walking distance of Cromer town centre and the beach. It has the benefit of an enclosed garden and plenty of parking.

Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, multi-screen cinema, Amazonia zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views.

The Old Vicarage is a spacious family house which was built in 1909 for the Rust family, and was then home to the GP before it became the vicarage. The property is set over three floors and the rooms are of a good size and in keeping with a property of this age. Set within a residential area of the town, it is close to the Lawn Tennis Club, and the Royal Cromer Golf Course. The town centre and beach are a short walk away. With the benefit of off-road parking and an enclosed garden, the property is a great location for a seaside holiday. Shops/Pubs: 0.25 miles

In a superb location, set in 3.5 acres of unspoilt countryside, Priory House offers seclusion and privacy. It really does offer the best of both worlds; this impressive detached home is surrounded by stunning rural scenery yet sits only two miles from the principal market town of Barnstaple and just a short drive away from a choice of stunning North Devon beaches. Access to J27 of the M5 is less than an hour away. As soon as you enter through the pillared wooden gates onto the private sweeping driveway, you will know you have arrived somewhere really special to relax and unwind. The spacious contemporary accommodation is light and bright throughout, with high quality furnishings, stylishly presented. A superbly equipped kitchen/dining room is at the heart of the house, where the whole family can gather for leisurely breakfasts or catch up on the days adventures over dinner. This dual aspect room has French doors opening onto a choice of two terraces, which enjoy the sun at different times of day. Two separate living rooms ensure plenty of space for everyone to relax or play and both have doors which open directly onto one of the terraces which surround the property on all sides for easy access to superb views. The grounds which immediately surround the house are mostly lawned, overlooking paddocks and woodland with wonderful views far into the distance. An elevated tree house (young children will need to be supervised)will provide amusement for the younger guests and a small orchard is being established in a further corner of the expansive gardens.
In the grounds just across the gravelled car park there is a delightful self contained cottage that sleeps two with its own kitchen/diner and bathroom. The cottage is secluded and has a private garden area. There is a residential let in until August 5th, however if you are interested in renting both Priory House and Priory Cottage altogether after this date please contact the office and we will provide you with a special tariff.
For larger family groups or for two families holidaying together, Priory House is just perfect for getting away from it all in spacious comfortable surroundings. The golden sandy surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde are approximately twenty-five minutes drive away and the fringes of beautiful Exmoor National Park even closer.
