The living room is double aspect with wonderful sea views, character beams and a fireplace with wood burning stove, making a comfortable and cosy room at any time of year. Tiled slate flooring and granite work surfaces create a modern cottage style in the pretty kitchen/breakfast room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, the double captures superb views of the beach and sea beyond, whilst the twin room looks to the front. Both are served by a family shower room on the ground floor. The spacious self contained annexe is light and bright with white painted vaulted ceilings, comfy seating and separate shower room with utility area. Cock Rock Cottage nestles privately behind tall wooden gates and the gravelled driveway has ample car parking. This is a lovely spot to enjoy meals al fresco or evening drinks under the stars. A gravel path and steps lead up to the front entrance and into the open plan living room with comfy leather sofa and flat screen wall mounted TV. The modern kitchen area is well equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, and there is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Weez House is an ideal choice for surfers, and keen walkers will enjoy exploring the footpath leading almost from the doorstep to the stunning beach at Putsborough around 20 minutes away. To holiday with friends we also have a cottage called Thatcher’s Leggett in the same location. Croyde offers everything you could need in a seaside village, a renowned surfing beach, character cottages and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Weez House is something a little different, perfect for couples and a welcoming retreat at the end of a fun filled day. Please note that infants are not accepted.
