Perfect for beach lovers, being just a short walk to the beautiful golden sands, and also just a gentle stroll to the centre of the village with a great selection of local shops, restaurants and pubs. The main entrance opens into the living room, leading through an archway to the recently refitted kitchen/breakfast room with wooden floor throughout. the kitchen door leads onto the rear garden, being completely enclosed and with a paved patio and seating area. Two attractive bedrooms are both served by a modern bathroom with white suite. The double captures sea glimpses. Duneside is conveniently placed to enjoy many local walks and with the coastal path network there is much to explore. A modern home in this sought after and popular destination. Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with HD LCD TV with freesat, video, DVD and stereo with iPod dock. Kitchen/breakfast area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
