Accommodation overview: A cosy and well presented ground floor apartment situated on the sea front in a friendly fishing village and with the South West coast path running past the front door. The accommodation has been significantly upgraded in preparation for the 2010 season and is ideally suited to either a family or couple looking for a traditional Devon holiday in an area of unspoilt natural beauty. Mostly tiled flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Under floor heating. One large or two small well-behaved dogs permitted. Strictly no smoking.
