After being in the owner's family for many years it has recently been lovingly renovated and equipped to a high specification. Heacham is a bustling little village situated on the North West coast of Norfolk. With its wide sandy beach, proximity to Sandringham, the coastal resort of Hunstanton and also being the home of Norfolk Lavender, world famous for its superb range of lavender plants and products, it is an ideal location for an enjoyable holiday. The village is well served with shops and is close to many of the pubs and restaurants that this area of Norfolk is renowned for. Hetty's Cottage was built in 1834 and is a lovely mid-terrace property built using the local carrstone. Accommodation overview: Achnamara is only a short stroll to the centre of Cromer. This light and airy self-catering holiday home is part of a Victorian school that has been tastefully converted. It is a single storey detached property ideal for someone with limited mobility. Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, multi-screen cinema, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment. There is a lift giving access to the promenade and pier and also the Coast Hopper bus service along the coast giving access to various coastal villages and towns, walks and nature reserves. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views

Wells is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods. The beach is one mile from the town and has a car park and tea rooms. It is an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year and the area is famed for ornithology and has many excellent walks. Amenities in the town include amusements, great pubs, restaurants and many interesting shops. It has access to great footpaths for walking and cycling but also within walking distance of the beach at Southwold. Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore have easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths.
