Nestling in a quiet cul-de-sac Withyside is just a short stroll from the village centre and fabulous sandy beach. This detached modern home offers spacious family accommodation and is extremely comfortable throughout, offering all the facilities you could expect to find. The stylish living/dining room has comfy sofas surrounding the fireplace and patio doors leading onto the patio. The south facing lawned garden is perfect for leisurely barbecues, breakfast al fresco or just relaxing in the sun, and being enclosed makes it ideal for children. A door from the garden leads through to a utility room, well equipped modern kitchen and useful cloakroom. Upstairs all four bedrooms are of a good size and attractively presented with excellent co-ordinating linen. The master double bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room and three others share the modern family bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the garage for storage of surf boards or bicycles and there is ample space for parking. Imagine waking to the sounds of the sea and taking an early morning, five to ten minute stroll, to the beautiful sandy beach to catch the surf, or just relaxing in the balmy summer evenings whilst enjoying the most spectacular sunsets, absolutely wonderful! With tremendous character and furnished with flair, the warm and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for groups of friends and families and the generous proportions ensure there is plenty of space for everyone. All of the rooms evoke the feeling of an eclectic mix of design direct from the pages of a home style magazine, making this lovely semi detached property something rather special. With stripped pine floors and attractive fireplace with wood burning stove, the living room boasts a huge bay window providing a constant backdrop of ocean views and having a comfy deep recessed window seat. The rear garden, backed by National Trust Land is tiered with several steps between expanses of lawn and is enclosed by a low picket fence. You may need to take care with toddlers but older children will appreciate the climbing frame and slide, while the adults just relax and take in those spectacular sea views. After a busy day on the beach or out exploring this wonderful area what could be better than relaxing in the indoor hot tub, a luxurious bonus to this splendid holiday retreat. This is a lovely spot to enjoy meals al fresco or evening drinks under the stars. A gravel path and steps lead up to the front entrance and into the open plan living room with comfy leather sofa and flat screen wall mounted TV. The modern kitchen area is well equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, and there is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Weez House is an ideal choice for surfers, and keen walkers will enjoy exploring the footpath leading almost from the doorstep to the stunning beach at Putsborough around 20 minutes away. To holiday with friends we also have a cottage called Thatcher’s Leggett in the same location. Croyde offers everything you could need in a seaside village, a renowned surfing beach, character cottages and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Weez House is something a little different, perfect for couples and a welcoming retreat at the end of a fun filled day. Please note that infants are not accepted.
