The little town of Bampton is just 3 miles away with a lovely choice of shops pubs and restaurants, while Tiverton, a ten minute drive, offers a wide selection of attractions including the twelfth century Tiverton Castle and Bickleigh Mill, located on the River Exe and offering trout lakes and fishing with picnic area, farm shops, waterside tea garden and much more. Just a few miles to the north, Exmoor National Park has something for everyone, walking, climbing, cycling or just enjoying a cream tea in the coastal resort of Lynmouth where spectacular cliffs plunge down to the sea. Adjacent to the owners own home we are delighted to offer four high quality stone built cottages, recently converted from the original farm buildings, using ECO friendly under floor heating and with excellent facilities. Overlooking the shared front lawned garden, each cottage has an individual patio with garden furniture.
