It will be hard to tear yourself away from the windows of this charming cottage with outstanding views over the coastline and out to sea as far as Hartland Point. Homestead is just a short stroll to a choice of pubs, the delicatessen, post office and village shop where you can pick up fresh croissants for breakfast! The cottage retains all the charm and character of its age echoed in some exposed stone walls and some uneven floors. A spacious comfortably furnished living room features a stone fireplace with gas fire. The separate dining room is ideal for family meals while enjoying fine views. Steps lead up to a half landing where you will find a fitted oak kitchen to the rear, the family bathroom and an additional compact shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms all with fantastic views. There is access off the kitchen to a fully enclosed lawned and sheltered cottage style garden, backing onto the National Trust headland and a garden seat is perfectly positioned to enjoy the views. A further small front lawn is found just across the shared driveway.
