It really does offer the best of both worlds; this impressive detached home is surrounded by stunning rural scenery yet sits only two miles from the principal market town of Barnstaple and just a short drive away from a choice of stunning North Devon beaches. Access to J27 of the M5 is less than an hour away. As soon as you enter through the pillared wooden gates onto the private sweeping driveway, you will know you have arrived somewhere really special to relax and unwind. The spacious contemporary accommodation is light and bright throughout, with high quality furnishings, stylishly presented. A superbly equipped kitchen/dining room is at the heart of the house, where the whole family can gather for leisurely breakfasts or catch up on the days adventures over dinner. This dual aspect room has French doors opening onto a choice of two terraces, which enjoy the sun at different times of day. In the grounds just across the gravelled car park there is a delightful self contained cottage that sleeps two with its own kitchen/diner and bathroom. The cottage is secluded and has a private garden area.
