The Mill House is a wonderful 16th Century listed property standing right on the water's edge of Lee Bay and has been featured both in magazines and on television. Period features include the original milling room, inglenook fireplace, bread ovens, boathouse and the drawbridge over the mill race. A stable door leads you directly into the fabulous kitchen with granite work surfaces and central island with Bombo stools. Dining can be enjoyed in the original Mill Room with views looking out to sea and where French doors give access to the terrace and gardens. The main living room boasts a flagstone floor with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove and in addition there is a second comfortable sitting room with open fireplace. With five bedrooms in total, bedroom five is located on a mezzanine floor over the Mill Room, accessed via open wooden steps, which are narrow and steep.
