Adjacent to the owners own home we are delighted to offer four high quality stone built cottages, recently converted from the original farm buildings, using ECO friendly under floor heating and with excellent facilities. Overlooking the shared front lawned garden, each cottage has an individual patio with garden furniture. A special treat is the outdoor Jacuzzi Spa Pool which is available to all guests throughout the year. It really does offer the best of both worlds; this impressive detached home is surrounded by stunning rural scenery yet sits only two miles from the principal market town of Barnstaple and just a short drive away from a choice of stunning North Devon beaches. Access to J27 of the M5 is less than an hour away. As soon as you enter through the pillared wooden gates onto the private sweeping driveway, you will know you have arrived somewhere really special to relax and unwind. The spacious contemporary accommodation is light and bright throughout, with high quality furnishings, stylishly presented. A superbly equipped kitchen/dining room is at the heart of the house, where the whole family can gather for leisurely breakfasts or catch up on the days adventures over dinner. This dual aspect room has French doors opening onto a choice of two terraces, which enjoy the sun at different times of day. Two separate living rooms ensure plenty of space for everyone to relax or play and both have doors which open directly onto one of the terraces which surround the property on all sides for easy access to superb views. There are five attractively furnished bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom features a pretty Juliette balcony, ensuite bathroom and huge walk in wardrobe.
