With reverse style accommodation, the spacious and stylishly presented living / dining room is placed on the first floor to take full advantage of the captivating views over Croyde Bay. This lovely room is made light and bright by large picture windows and there is a separate modern compact well equipped kitchen to the rear. A large twin bedroom is also on this floor, beautifully presented and having garden and countryside views. On the ground floor you will find a further twin room and a pristine family bathroom. Such close proximity to the beach is quite unique in Croyde and this special retreat will provide a perfect backdrop for many memorable family holidays. There are miles of spectacular coastal walks nearby and pubs and restaurants providing good food are in plentiful supply.
