Located to the edge of the village in a favoured residential area, this fabulous detached home is ideal for a memorable family holiday. Braunton has a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants and is only a short drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Saunton and Croyde. The Tarka Trail runs through the village, perfect for cyclists or walkers to enjoy a variety of landscapes as it winds its way along the route taken by Tarka the Otter in Henry Williamson's famous book. Modern in design, the well thought out accommodation offers a spacious open plan living room and separate dining area with space for all the family to relax after busy days on the beach or at one of the many family attractions nearby. The modern breakfast kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads out onto a path with several steps up to the fully enclosed rear garden area. Mostly lawned, this is a great spot for informal al fresco dining or just sitting with a good book on a sunny afternoon. A convenient ground floor shower room is situated off the internal hallway and stairs rise up to the four attractive bedrooms, the master double room has its own ensuite shower room and there is a further family bathroom. Two double rooms, one twin room and a bunk room offer great flexibility for large families or two family groups holidaying together. A fairly steep downhill stroll brings you to the picturesque quay and quaint village streets of Appledore, where pretty pastel coloured fishermen's cottages line cobbled streets. The wide sandy beach of Westward Ho! known as Golden Bay is just a short drive away, perfect for families with small children or equally popular with avid surfers. With so much to see and do there is something to suit all tastes and ages in this beautiful area, and Tidal View is a wonderful choice for your holiday base.

A gravel path and steps lead up to the front entrance and into the open plan living room with comfy leather sofa and flat screen wall mounted TV. The modern kitchen area is well equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, and there is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Weez House is an ideal choice for surfers, and keen walkers will enjoy exploring the footpath leading almost from the doorstep to the stunning beach at Putsborough around 20 minutes away. To holiday with friends we also have a cottage called Thatcher’s Leggett in the same location. Croyde offers everything you could need in a seaside village, a renowned surfing beach, character cottages and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Weez House is something a little different, perfect for couples and a welcoming retreat at the end of a fun filled day. Please note that infants are not accepted.
