Situated in the pretty North Devon village of Instow this impressive house, one of a pair, has unrivalled westerly views out towards the Taw and Torridge Estuary and on towards Lundy Island. These lead to the open moors - with large herds of red deer, Exmoor ponies, the buzzards on the wing and foxes in thir lairs - and dramatic headland of Hurlstone, looking west down to Devon and north to the Welsh coast. Also within walking distance are the romantic villages of Bossington, Selworthy, Allerford and bustling Porlock for year-round needs, as well as Minehead’s farmers’ market. There is surfing at Lynmouth or beyond to Croyde and Woolacombe, and golf at Minehead or the fine course at Saunton for a true test. Horse riding is available for all abilities and entertainment for both children and adults at Lynch Farm and Tropicaria further on.
