The house is perched on the cliff at Sizewell a mile or so from the power station and has great sea views. Sizewell is a small hamlet on the coast approximately 5 miles south of Aldeburgh. There are shops, pubs and restaurant here as well as at Leiston approximately 2 miles away. The area has something for everyone - for birdwatchers there's the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, North Warren and Havergate Island, 18-hole golf courses at Thorpeness, Aldeburgh and Woodbridge, boating, tennis at Thorpeness and sailing at Aldeburgh.
