Lovely Oulton Broad for boat trips and speedboat racing and Pleasurewood Hills theme park are both close by whilst interesting shops in the pretty town of Southwold fish and chips on the beach at Dunwich RSPB Minsmere and Sutton Hoo (N.T.) are a short drive away on the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
