Accommodation overview: One of four very well appointed cottages offering sympathetically restored accommodation with use of a large recreation barn. Happisburgh (pronounced Haisbro) is a seaside village on the North East Coast of Norfolk, famous for its red and white lighthouse. It offers visitors a quiet, rural location, sandy beaches and cliff-top walks. The village has a post office/store and a traditional coaching inn and is within a 15-minute drive of the market towns of North Walsham and Stalham with easy access to the Norfolk Broads and many other tourist attractions. In past years Church Farm has been a favoured holiday location for famous artists such as Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson and Ivon Hitchens, keen to relax in a rural idyll. The large grain barn and stables have been sympathetically converted to retain character and create four beautiful cottages, which all have exposed flint walls and old beams. There is a large recreation barn (9am-8pm) offering a racket sports area, a pool table, table tennis table and a comfortable seating area with books and games. Each cottage has its own door allowing access directly into the recreation barn. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles
Typically suitable for a person with sufficient mobility to climb a flight of steps but would benefit from fixtures and fittings to aid balance. Moore Cottage has a wealth of exposed beams and flint walls. It has been tastefully decorated and features pictures representing some of the famous works of the sculptor Henry Moore. It has a first floor master bedroom with views of the sea and pond and an enclosed patio and garden area with gas barbecue, rotary dryer and outside furniture.

Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Happisburgh, North Gap is an access point through the sand dunes onto the fine sandy beaches of this coast. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are about a mile away, and jet ski hire is also possible here with further amenities available in the nearby towns of Stalham and North Walsham. Accommodation overview: Attractive Edwardian detached seaside house. Ideal for a family holiday. The small coastal village of West Runton lies between Cromer and Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There is golf available in the village and a fine sand and pebble beach with exposed rock pools at low tide which are great fun for children. The village is also backed by National Trust woodland offering an abundance of walking opportunities across to Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park and the Norfolk Coast Path, all of which give some super views across the countryside. The Bittern and national rail line are accessible from the village and from here you can access Norwich, Sheringham and Cromer and enjoy the opportunity of leaving the car behind. The village has excellent eating places as well as a cafe, butchers, greengrocers, newsagents, a small super market and is also close to The Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary. St Mary's is a light and airy Edwardian seaside house, with a pretty garden, just ten minutes walk up from the beach. The bedrooms have views across to the sea, and over open fields at the back. Close to the nature reserves of Snettisham and Titchwell and the popular and traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton. A great base for all seasons. The pleasant village of Snettisham offers something for everyone - whatever your age and whatever the weather! The beach is less than two miles and, with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton five miles away, it is a perfect location for discovering Norfolk's splendid coastline. Ornithologists will enjoy the RSPB reserves close by, there are many excellent walks and cycle rides in the area and Sandringham, the Queen's country estate is nearby. The village has a selection of shops and there are also pubs that serve food, such as the acclaimed Rose and Crown. Alexandra Villa is a traditional "gingerbread" carrstone terraced property which was built in 1910 as a railwayman's cottage. The property is very attractive with stripped wooden floors and modern facilities whilst retaining its cottage character. The accommodation is very attractive and is an ideal holiday property in an excellent area of Norfolk for exploring the nature reserves, sandy beaches and historical centres that this part of Norfolk has to offer.
