From the manor's entrance views of the sea, Penzance and St Michaels Mount can be appreciated. St Ives and the beautiful Carbis Bay are easily accessed (approximately 7 miles) and for the more energetic, footpaths run down to the village of Gulval and further on to the beach at Marazion. The coastal paths on either coast offer excellent walking and views. Lands’ End, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives and The Eden Project provide great days out. Leisure facilities: on-site within the Manor grounds, relax in the large communal gardens or enjoy the facilities on offer which include the swimming pool, sauna, putting green, launderette, tennis court, pool table and bar (only open from Easter until the end of October).The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 cosy double and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: small patio area with seating. Large communal gardens. Previously the main kitchen and stores for the famous Lobster Pot Hotel, it has now been converted to provide open-plan accommodation with a delightful enclosed patio area and seating to the front. It is the perfect place to in which to relax after a day enjoying the many winding streets, cafés and galleries - together with the sandy beach in front of the property. It is set above the sandy stretch of Hendra Beach, which is accessed via the nearby coastal footpath.
