The historic fishing town of Whitby, famous for Dracula, with its cobbled streets, stunning Abbey and Museum is well worth a visit, where you can take a boat trip down the harbour or walk along the three miles of golden sandy beach that stretches to the beautiful resort of Sandsend.  There are plenty of stunning coastal villages to visit including Robin Hoods Bay, Runswick Bay and Staithes, all within easy reach.
