It sits opposite the railway line and has excellent views of Whitby Abbey and the harbour. The beautiful fishing port of Whitby has plenty to offer with a large selection of pubs, quaint antique and gift shops, the famous fish and chip shops and three miles of golden sandy beach. A holiday here is perfect for families or for couples looking to relax and enjoy the ample restaurants with their awards for excellent cuisine. Whitby is surrounded by spectacular scenery of the North York Moors which you can enjoy by taking either the Esk Valley train that takes you to Middlesbrough stopping at the pretty villages along the way, or the excellent North York Moors steam train that will take you from Whitby to the lovely market town of Pickering stopping off at Goathland otherwise known as Heartbeat Country. The lovely coastal resorts of Sandsend, Staithes, Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay are all within close proximity and are well worth a visit.

Accommodation overview: As the name suggests, Beach Villa is a delightful detached beach house with white painted floorboards, bright coloured furnishings and wall decorations and a truly perfect location for a beach holiday. The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio with bench/tables, a barbecue and boasting simply the most spectacular views over the beach and out to sea. The first floor is accessed by a quirky "paddle" wooden staircase which is steeper than normal, and leads into an unusual bedroom with limited headroom in certain places - most suited to children and teenagers.Both the lounge and dining room enjoy bay windows complete with window seats enabling you to simply relax, unwind and breathe the fresh sea air.
