From here you can explore the delights of the Hook Peninsula, see the magnificent lighthouse or even take a day trip into Wexford or Waterford. Accommodation overview: This lovely old cottage is located in the fishing village of Ballyhack, 3 miles from Duncannon Beach and home of the Passage East car ferry, linking Wexford with Waterford. This is a great location for touring southern Ireland as the ferry has you in Waterford in 15 minutes. The property overlooks the bay and is next to a 12th century castle. There is a pub and a shop within walking distance and the coastline here is dotted with a different beach for everyday of your stay.
