A wonderful property for couples in a lovely location with fabulous sea views. Crossways Court is a small and select individual development finished to a high standard with excellent facilities. In a wonderful location on The Esplanade, centrally positioned with a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and Woolacombe three mile stretch of golden sands just a short stroll away. Opposite Combesgate Beach they are the perfect location to explore the coastline with quick access to the coastal path. Crossways Court is accessed by steps at the front of the building. All have one private allocated parking space with three additional visitor spaces when available. Waves End is just perfect for couples who want to enjoy this dramatic coastline and recharge their batteries. With a high standard of presentation throughout, guests will be delighted with the stylish accommodation and absolutely fabulous sea views. Relax on comfy leather sofas in the bay fronted living room while taking in the splendid views and enjoy leisurely breakfasts while planning the day ahead in the modern dining kitchen. On warm summer evenings watch spectacular sunsets from the front patio. Upstairs the attractive double bedroom, with ensuite shower room has a small decked balcony so you can wake up and check out the surf! There is also an additional bathroom. A second small 'snug' style sitting room with Futon sofa, which can be used as a quiet area, with an outlook over National Trust land is also on this floor. Within strolling distance of the beach, pubs and shops, what more could you ask for! Accommodation: Ground floor: Porch. Living room with TV with freesat and DVD. First floor: Bedroom with Double and TV with Freeview, and with ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Snug/sitting room with futon.
