A well presented large modern family home located in a quiet cul de sac just a short walk from the village centre. Quietly located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac in the heart of Croyde, Embleton is a large detached modern home providing comfortable accommodation for the larger family. The attractive living room has a door through to the kitchen/breakfast room and patio doors to the rear garden, together with a utility room. All four bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor and the double has an en suite. It is within a ten minute stroll to the pathway that leads down to Croyde beach, and within a short walk you will find a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants providing a good variety of menus. An enclosed south facing level and lawned garden offers a perfect retreat at the end of the day and is ideal for al fresco dining. Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall, Living room with TV with Freeview, DVD, video, CD & iPod dock. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility area with additional sink and washer/dryer. Cloakroom with WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King and en suite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with King. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bedroom 4 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
