Stroll to the village pub as well as being able to enjoy a short drive to Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sand. There are also a wealth of popular attractions to choose from including Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park and The Big Sheep. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with hand basin, 1 twin with hand basin and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: large with TV, DVD and feature stone fireplace with wood burner effect electric fire. Kitchen: two steps down, with fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher. Outside: large cobbled courtyard with BBQ and seating available. Use of owner's garden and enclosed paddock, leading to public footpath. Amenities: off-road parking for 2/3 cars. Bed linen and electric included. Small central heating charge during winter. Accommodation overview: LOVELY ANNEXE WITH STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE AND RIVER VIEWS Nestled in the Devonshire countryside near the quaint village of Weare Giffard, a lovely annexe with panoramic countryside views that can be best enjoyed sitting on the patio or the balcony area, or whilst enjoying a game of croquet on the lawn. You might even be lucky enough to encounter some of the resident wildlife that inhabits this peaceful location. The Tarka Trail is also located near to the property where you can enjoy wonderful walks or the popular cycleway. If you wish to venture further into North Devon, you are well located to explore the market town of Bideford which is just a short drive away, or the two mile stretch of golden sands at the popular surfing beach of Westward Ho! Just 3 miles away is the Civil War heritage town of Torrington, where you can visit Dartington Crystal and try your hand at glass blowing. The accommodationhas4 steps leading to the property and offers THREE bedrooms: situated down a few stairs, 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 double bedroom is located on the same level as the main living area.
