Set on an attractive courtyard development a short walk from St Columb Major's magnificent 14th century parish church shops and inns it is about 6 miles from Morgan Porth and Watergate Bay's water sports facilities whilst surfing beaches in the popular resort of Newquay are about 8 miles as is Wadebridge from where visitors can follow the Camel cycle trail to the fishing port of Padstow and Rick Stein's famous eateries. Lanhydrock and Trerice (both N.T.) are a short drive whilst the fascinating Eden Project is about 30 minutes away. Pub and shop 600 yards.
