The Totnes area is ideally located for quick and easy access to all South Devon beaches, from the traditional British seaside beaches of Torbay, to tiny coves. You will also be close to many attractions including Woodlands Leisure Park, The English Riviera, Slapton Ley Nature Reserve, historic Plymouth and more. The well-equipped accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all with wood beams, 1 double downstairs with its own private entrance, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double upstairs. Bathroom: upstairs bath with shower attachment and WC. Wet room located downstairs with shower and WC. Downstairs is suitable for persons with limited mobility. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with many original features, wood burner, TV/DVD, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors leading outside. Outside: enclosed patio area with table and chairs. Amenities: ample parking for trailers, boats and cars. Bed linen, electric, central heating and logs included. Wi-Fi available in the parking area (for full details please contact the owners). 1 dog by arrangement (we regret dogs cannot be accepted during the school summer holidays).
