Within a level walk is the beach, cinema, shops, good restaurants and riverside park as well as other leisure facilities. The property makes an ideal base for a drive free holiday with so much to see and do, and yet is perfect for exploring the whole of Devon and West Dorset. The Jurassic Coastline is a must for walkers and there are attractions to suit all tastes which include historic Exeter, Crealy Devon, Bicton Park, numerous National Trust properties and Gardens to name but a few. In the evenings relax in the pleasant enclosed front garden with seating. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 2 singles. Bathroom: spacious with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, freesat and Xbox 360 Kitchen: with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and microwave. Outside: front garden with seating and a small private courtyard to the rear of the property, both enclosed. Amenities: garage for small family car and additional off-road parking for 1 car. The heart of Sidmouth is busy and attractive and it is well worth browsing amongst the range of quality shops and listed buildings. The esplanade overlooks a pebble and partly sandy beach with tranquil seaside activities. The impressive floral display of Connaught Gardens separates the esplanade from the mile long beach of the sea washed western beach. Exmouth and Lyme Regis are both within 17 miles of the property. You will also be close to many other attractions in the area including Beer Caves and the Pecorama Gardens, or travel further afield to numerous National Trust properties, Cricket St Thomas, Crealy Adventure Park and more. Leisure facilities: stay closer to home you can enjoy the farm walks with outstanding views or see pheasants, buzzards, badgers and bats. Play facilities: relax in the large garden, with trampoline, swings and toys available. Farm activities: enjoy much fun with the farm pets and animals. Visitors are welcome to see milking and many farm activities with cows calving between Easter and June.
