Walking, nature reserves, boat rides, beaches at Hayling Island and The Witterings, riding, cycling and bird watching are nearby, as are the South Downs and Chichester with its cathedral, theatre, Fontwell and Goodwood Races, cinema and leisure centre. Naval Portsmouth, Arundel and The New Forest are nearby. Shop 1 mile, pub 110 yards. Open-plan living/dining room with low beam and electric ‘wood burner’, open plan to sun room with patio doors and two steps up to well-equipped kitchen area with gas range (for cooking) and tiled floor. Separate utility. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed. Single bedroom with additional 2ft 6in cabin bed (for +1 child). Two shower rooms with toilet.
