This first floor apartment (lift accessed) is just a stroll to the expansive sandy beach and Royal Marine Hotel which offers visitors free use of the leisure club’s facilities (see below). Brora offers good shops a choice of restaurants and a railway station. Loch fishing is available by arrangement with the hotel. Clynelish Distillery (1 mile) Dunrobin Castle (4 miles) and Dornoch should not be missed. Stairs and lift to first floor: Sitting room with dining area and kitchen. The main town on Mull Tobermory's famously colourful houses and attractive harbour are a delight and a little further afield the beautiful sands of Calgary Bay make a lovely picnic spot. Torasay Castle and Gardens are only 8 miles away and a day trip to the island of Iona is a must. The ferry crossing to Oban is just 5 minutes' drive from the cottages.
