Tucked away at the ’beach end’ of the idyllic village of East Preston in West Sussex guests can leave their cars and benefit from a whole host of amenities all within 200 yards. These include the village green with an array of shops including a delicious delicatessen restaurants a café with home made cakes and a village pub. Also within 200 yards is a beach which cannot be accessed by road and is a favourite with locals. East Preston is a traditional village in the Arun district of West Sussex with a 12th century church. It is well placed for exploring the many attractions in the region which include Arundel Castle racecourses at Goodwood and Fontwell Park Brighton Chichester and the South Downs.
