Hornsea - 4 miles offers 'blue flag' sandy beach designer shopping outlet indoor pool and Hornsea Mere for boating. Hull - 14 miles offers 'The Deep' undersea experience and across the river in Grimsby lies a fisheries museum. The great houses of Sledmere and Castle Howard are easily accessible along with the Yorkshire Wolds. Attractions in the area include bird watching golf riding fishing sailing canoeing and jet skiing. Inn 1¼ miles and shop 2 miles.
