This delightful cottage is just three miles from Lowestoft's fine sandy beaches. Converted from former stables it is peacefully set on a working farm and offers an ideal base for enjoying the surrounding area. Boat hire to explore Broadland's waterways windsurfing and sailing are available at Oulton Broad (3 miles) Fritton Lake and Countryworld Somerleyton Hall and Africa Alive are all within 8 miles and the coastal town of Southwold is about 15 miles. Lowestoft offers a choice of shops inns and restaurants. Golf and fishing locally. Village pub about 1 mile. Nearest shops at Hopton 1½ miles.
