This enchanting Grade II thatched cottage is tucked away in a totally secluded rural setting, surrounded by fields and open countryside. Perfect for enjoying the glorious tranquillity of Devon countryside, Sweet Bay is detached, set in its own courtyard with a small ‘sun trap’ garden. Refurbished by the neighbouring owners, modern day comforts have been creatively blended with old world charm providing a characterful, cosy retreat. Ideally located for many fun days out for all ages - Exmoor National Park, Tarka Trail, Bideford, RHS Rosemoor and fabulous beaches of Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde. Barnstaple 3 miles. Shop 2 miles, village pub 1 mile. Beamed living room with wood-burning stove in inglenook fireplace, wooden floor. Well-equipped beamed kitchen/dining room with elec range cooker and slate floor. Small sitting room with day bed and TV. Large utility. Shower room with toilet.
