Just 150 yards from the glorious sand duned beach at Kessingland a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage coast this well appointed single storey property provides an ideal holiday base for families and couples alike. Adjoining another property it is one of several set on a small park enjoying direct access to the coastal footpath and steps down to the beach. Only 4 miles away the popular resort of Lowestoft offers traditional seaside entertainments and both Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Africa Alive are within a short drive. Southwold with its pier and summer theatre Dunwich Heath and beach RSPB Minsmere Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood and Snape Maltings concert hall are also easily accessible as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. Pub 500 yards shop ¼ mile.
