Set in a traditional Broadland village the local pub serving good food and a shop are within 100 yards. Cycle hire Hickling Water Trail fishing boat hire and Potter Heigham all within 3 miles. Sandy beach with safe bathing 5 miles. Norwich 18 miles.
Four steps down to entrance. Beamed throughout. Cosy sitting room with ceiling open to the eaves and electric 'wood burning effect' fire in inglenook. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Bathroom/W.C. and double shower cubicle. Double bedroom. Steep stairs from sitting room to first floor (unsuitable for the infirm and children under 5 years): Cosy attic twin bedded room.

"It is the perfect holiday home for anyone with dogs. The garden is so enclosed you know they won't get out. Very close to lovely beach walks that you can take the dogs too as well. The house is beautiful and well equipped."
