With wonderful views of the coast Snowdonia and Anglesey and access to 8 acres this very comfortable and well equipped property is indeed in a marvellous location for exploring this beautiful corner of north Wales. Caernarfon (6 miles) with its majestic castle offers golf fishing swimming and tennis while the nearest beach is just a mile away. There are pubs serving food at Clynnog (2½ miles). Shops and P.O. in Pen y Groes 2 miles. Spacious sitting room and conservatory/dining room both with views of coast and distant mountains. Fitted kitchen. Double bedroom with view towards Anglesey. Bathroom/WC with shower cubicle. First floor: Double bedroom with TV/DVD and twin bedded room with TV both with lovely views.

"Rhandir-Mwyn really is as good as it looks in the info and the views from the conservatory and lounge include a sunset over the sea when the weather is right. Despite showery weather we had five lovely sunsets the week we stayed. Even if it does rain the property is light and airy and very comfortable. The lounge and conservatory allowed grandparents and teenagers each to have their own space. The main Caernarfon-Pwllheli road is quite close by (and can be heard though we didn't find it intrusive) which means that access is easy and doesn't include negotiating narrow lanes. I don't usually enthuse but I would confidently recommend Rhandir-Mywn and we certainly hope to return for a future holiday."
