Situated in the Snowdonia National Park this former mill cottage enjoys a tranquil setting in a small wooded valley within exceptionally shared grounds encompassing water gardens and the Dwynant river as it flows out into the Mawddach estuary. Adjoining the owners’ country house the cottage sits a 2 mile drive along the estuary from Barmouth’s gorgeous sandy Blue Flag beach harbour restaurants bars and shops. Cader Idris mountain is 20 minutes’ drive and Harlech’s magnificent castle and championship golf course are 10 miles away. Ideal area for walkers and cyclists with cycle hire and sea fishing are found locally. Hall. Sitting/dining room with open fire. Kitchen. First floor: Two double bedrooms. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
