Barely one minute's walk from the pier and beach and enjoying glimpses of the sea from all front rooms this newly refurbished and supremely comfortable Victorian town house offers a superb contemporarily styled holiday base. Albion House sits on a residential street in the heart of Eastbourne a seaside suntrap sheltered by the bulk of Beachy Head and boasting award winning safe beaches as well as a spacious promenade lined with colourful flowerbeds amongst its many traditional seaside attractions. Visitors will find a variety of water sports pleasure boat cruises great shopping children's theme parks a Napoleonic fortress museums beautiful gardens and a bandstand almost on the doorstep whilst other attractions further afield include castles at Pevensey and Bodiam Drusilla's Zoo Glyndebourne Sheffield Park Gardens and the medieval port of Rye. Brighton's myriad delights are also easily accessible as is wonderful walking in the gently rolling South Downs. The nearest shop and pub serving food are about 40 yards distant.

It is perfectly situated for the beach and the town and the train station is also just a short walk away for those who don't want to use the car. We have stayed in many holiday cottages and Albion House is definitely one of the best!"

"There were six in this house and we all loved it. Comfortable large very well equipped a very good situation in the town and near the pier two wonderful bathrooms nice bedrooms lovely garden and a pleasant kitchen. We regretted to leave so quick after only 4 days and we already plan to come back as soon as possible!"
