Recently converted to a high standard and offering panoramic views over the River Taw, this delightful house offers a unique holiday experience. You will be within easy access to the North Devon coastline and a short distance to the market town of Barnstaple with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Discover one of the many local attractions including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, the Tarka Trail (cycling and walking) and much more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! Is just a short drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs. Riding, fishing, golf and a wealth of good walks can all be accessed locally. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 twin located downstairs just off the billiard room, 1 twin and 1 king-size double upstairs. Bathroom: with WC and bidet. A shower and WC are also located in the billiard room. Lounge/diner: with TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and panoramic views over the river and patio doors leading to the balcony area. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: decking area with garden seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars.
