WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH This lovely 1950's detached house is just 200 yards from the coast path and 300 yards from the beach. Enjoy the many attractions in the town itself with a choice of pubs, shops and restaurants. The Jurassic coastline has World Heritage status and is a must for walkers and there are other attractions to suit all tastes within a short drive and these include Bicton Gardens, Crealy Devon, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, The Cathedral city of Exeter, horse riding, golf, sea fishing and much more. The accommodation is spacious and offers TWO bedrooms: both double, 1 with TV. Bathroom: recently modernised, with shower over bath and WC.
